The infrastructure component includes all necessary networks, VPN connections, virtual machines, storage mediums, PBX software, IVR programming, recordings, call routing, reporting, account management, and security.
Metric Infinity uses Microsoft Azure Infrastructure as a Service as our main backbone for our operations. Microsoft Azure is an enterprise ready service cloud platform that was formed in early 2010. It provides its services to many types of business industries, including health care.
Metric Infinity chose Microsoft Azure as its service backbone due to Microsoft’s prevalence in the information technology sector, and its commitment to security and protecting business data. Microsoft Azure provides all of the requirements for all of our business components under one roof. This makes providing services to our customers cost effective, and makes development of our solutions we offer extremely simplified.
SERVICES
The services component includes all necessary services to connect PBX to the SIP service provider to accept calls from the world at large. This includes SIP trunks, toll-free DIDs, local DIDs, and call minutes metering. SIP trunks will connect to the hosted PBX to provide PSTN connectivity.
DEVELOPMENT & DESIGN
Allow us to consult with your business and we will come up with the best way to implement your VoIP solution. Some of the services we try to offer our customers is secure delivery of services, which we will work with your network team to lock down traffic between your phone server and your on-premise locations with VPN tunnels.

Automatic recordings offloads into Azure storage for archive. This allows you to save your call recordings for long periods of retention. It also allows for custom application development to programmatic ally retrieve and process recorded calls.

Call detail records offloads into Azure MySQL database for reporting. Instead of storing locally on the phone server, all call detail records will be loaded to dedicated MySQL servers for report development.

PowerBI customized reports are available to customers. Instead of using expensive call-center software that integrates into your phone server, which charges per extension, we can develop all of the reports you need for your business, accurately, securely, and if there are reports that you specifically need, we would be happy to develop them.
